What you buy

Fileora sells digital access: Pro for one month (₹99) or one year (₹799), a 24-hour day pass (₹29). Resume downloads are included in every plan. Access is delivered instantly in your browser after payment. Nothing is shipped.

Cancellation

All plans are one-time payments and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Access simply ends when the period is over.

Refunds

If you paid but could not use a Pro tool, or were charged twice, email contact.velorixai@gmail.com within 7 days with your payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Day passes and resume downloads that were already used are not refundable.
