Uploading a photo of your real signature on white paper looks most natural, and the white background is removed automatically. Drawing works well with a finger on a phone. Typing gives a neat handwritten-style font when you just need a quick sign-off.
Is this the same as a digital signature (DSC)?
No. This adds a picture of your signature, which is fine for most everyday documents. A Digital Signature Certificate adds a cryptographic certificate and is needed for things like company filings and some tenders.
