How do I resize a photo or signature for an exam form?
To resize a photo or signature for an exam form, upload it, choose your exam such as SSC, IBPS or NEET, and pick Photo or Signature. Fileora crops it to the exact pixel size and adjusts the JPG so the file lands inside the KB range the form allows. Always confirm the numbers in your official notification.

Why do forms reject my photo even when it looks fine?
Online forms check three things automatically: the file type (usually JPG), the pixel size and the file size in KB. A photo straight from a phone is often 3 to 5 MB and thousands of pixels wide, so it fails. This tool fixes all three at once.
What does 'Make paper white and ink dark' do?
Phone photos of a signature usually have a grey or shadowy background. This option turns the paper pure white and darkens the ink, which looks cleaner and is what most forms expect.
Can I use the same photo for every exam?
Usually yes, as long as it is recent, in colour, with a plain light background and your face clearly visible. Just resize it again for each exam because the size and KB limits differ.

Questions people ask
Are these sizes official?
They are the sizes most notifications for these exams have used. Rules can change between notifications, so always check your official notice and edit the width, height or KB numbers to match.
What if my file is smaller than the minimum KB?
The tool adds harmless padding data to the JPG so it meets the minimum size. The picture itself does not change.
How do I take a good signature photo?
Sign with a black or blue pen on plain white paper, take the photo in daylight from straight above, and keep the signature filling most of the frame. Keep the 'Make paper white' option on.
Is my photo uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser.
What background should my photo have?
A plain white or light background, with your face centred and both ears visible, is accepted by almost every exam.
Can I enter my own size?
Yes. Choose Custom size and type any width, height and KB range.
